Submitting Clips
Once you've joined a campaign and created content, it's time to submit your clips for tracking and payment.
Before You Submit
Make sure your clip meets all campaign requirements before submitting.
Verify your clip has:
- Been posted to a verified social account
- Followed all campaign requirements
- Used required hashtags/sounds (if applicable)
- Tagged required accounts (if applicable)
- Met minimum duration requirements
- Is publicly visible (not private or unlisted)
Submission Methods
You can submit clips in two ways:
Via Discord Bot
The fastest way to submit clips:
- Go to the campaign Discord server
- Navigate to the video tracker channel
- Use the submission command:
/submit [clip-url] - Bot confirms submission and starts tracking
Example:
/submit https://www.tiktok.com/@username/video/1234567890Clips submitted via Discord bot start tracking immediately.
Via Web Portal
Submit through your dashboard:
- Visit Dashboard → Campaigns
- Click on the campaign you want to submit to
- Click "Submit Clip" button
- Paste your clip URL
- Select the platform
- Click "Submit"

Tracking Status
Your clips can have different statuses:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | Clip submitted, awaiting verification |
| Tracking | Active tracking, earning money |
| Paused | Campaign paused, temporary hold |
| Stopped | Campaign ended or clip removed |
| Rejected | Failed verification or violates rules |

Each platform has optimal posting times. Generally 6-9 PM in your target audience's timezone.

Engage with Comments

One viral clip earns more than ten mediocre ones. Focus on quality.
