Getting Started
From signup to your first payout, step by step
The walkthrough for brand-new clippers. By the end you'll have a verified social account, a payout method on file, and your first clip submitted.
1. Sign in with Discord
Go to clipping.net and click Sign In. CLIPPING uses Discord for login.
2. Link a social account
You can't submit clips until at least one account is verified. Open Accounts.
Click Add social media
Button at the bottom of the accounts list.
Pick a platform and enter your handle
Choose YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or X. Use the exact handle (no @, no
spaces).
Copy the 5-digit code
Paste it into your bio (or YouTube channel description) where the dialog tells you.
Click I've added the code
We check your profile. If we see the code, the account flips to Verified. You can remove the code from your bio after that.
You can connect as many accounts as you want — see Accounts.
3. Add a payout method
Open Payments and click Add payment method. Pick PayPal, USDC (Ethereum), or USDT (Ethereum), enter the email or wallet address, and save.
Triple-check your address
Crypto payouts are final. If you fat-finger a wallet address, the funds are gone. Paste, don't type.
4. Find a campaign
Click Campaigns. Use search and filters to narrow by platform, payout rate, or campaign type, then click any card to read the full rules. More in Campaigns.
5. Submit your first clip
On the campaign detail page, read the rules — especially required content (creator, sound, brand), minimum views, and account requirements.
Make your clip and post it
Post it on your linked social account and grab the public URL.
Click Upload clip
Paste the link and submit
We auto-detect the platform and account, and start tracking immediately.
Post first, submit second
Private, unlisted, or deleted posts can't be tracked.
6. Watch your earnings grow
Track performance on the campaign detail page (per campaign) or in Payments (total across all campaigns).
Payouts aren't instant — after a campaign ends, posts go through staff review and sponsor approval before money goes out. Following the rules keeps review smooth.
